New to AveDesk: Opacity fade in when mouseover?

Hi,

I'm pretty new to AveDesk and I'm wondering if there is a feature that allows me to set opacity when no mouseover and a seperate opacity on mouseover. I could not find this in the list of effects. Is there some addon or desklet for this?

The word opacity was never used in that older thread. I don't blame you for not finding it . I hope you searched though, right?
