hmm unsure.. not comicsans ms.. thetre is a tool around called what the font which you could try (stfw for it)

you mean What the font site but that text is way to small to use as a base to find out what font it is.

Maybe you could contact the person from where you got that picture from?

Definitely not Comic Sans MS. It looks a little like "Kids", but the lowercase "p"'s are different... I really don't know. I tried this image on the What's the Font site, but it's too small to get a solid sample.
