It's XiDG SoapSky like someone said, by XIAP group, you can download the Guikit for mac here http://gui.xiap.net/themes/2004/12/09/xidg-soapsky-v10/

Otherwise the port made by Turnpaper for Windows that you can find here http://www.deviantart.com/view/15552116/ I'm not sure if that sub-style was made by him, though.

its not panther summer. its a mod XiDG SoapSky. i believe that substyle was for a mac might have been ported to pc but not yet released. seen that all over just not officially released i believe

the theme is not panther summer but it's Xi-freshSnow C(v1-1) from Xiap (http://gui.xiap.net/themes/) here a preview http://www.xiap.net/GUI/images/snowC.jpg it has been ported only for wba by Bz(http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=18992) and for linux (don't remember the link)
