Is it possible to watch the upcomming keynote live somewhere on the internet?

no...it is not being broadcast live this year.......they will have it on the apple side after.

Best you can do is keep an eye on the rumor sites...they usually have irc's open and filter in whats happening live.

After the keynote, steve will prob be on cbs, cnn, or nbc one of those news cast channels. He always appears on one minutes after the cast. Talking about what they went over.
