{help}new in the mac emulating thing

hi every body this is my first post so i dont really know how to do this but the deal is I'm trying to personalize my desktop and give it a mac os look, I'm using iceman's theme, i attached a screen shot of my desktop. I have one problem, how can i get the finder, file, edit, etc on my taskbar you know like the real mac one and if by any chance "hyparzero" reads this please help me make my desktop look like yours because it is very cool...
