I think I speak for more than myself when I say that RSS feeds for things like the "New Posts" section, as well as individual threads, would be a welcome feature. I know that I would like to be able to see an RSS feed in particular for threads that I create (as might anyone else), as well as the DOTM threads, et cetera.
I don't know whether or not that's possible with vBulletin, I'm just hoping like hell that it is.
If vB uses a database (which I'm 99.99% sure it does), it's possible. Just have a PHP file that queries the database and outputs XML data based off of the URI.

I bet liquidplasma flow wants to change the RSS to XIFL in that url one day and have it work.

I'm pretty sure it's a FF thing. Try opening that in an RSS reader (not sure if FF can do this?). On Safari, if you click that link, it opens by default in the Safari RSS reader.
Sage is an RSS feed reader for Firefox. It will display that in a meaningful way for you ;-).
There's a particularly UNGODLY SEXY Sage skin on this forum that you might want to check out. It's worth more than a thousand times it's weight in platinum (which I can say, since it's a bunch of electrons (not really...), whose weight, times 1000, is still nearly nothing).

U just use that URL and put in your RSS client or depending what forum u use you create a RSS stream for one of your forums. If you use a portal that would be the easiest way!

Sorry to bump/hijack this thread, but I know that I for one would love to see separate RSS feeds for each subforum, i.e. one for the Firefox Releases subforum, one for the AveDesk Releases subforum, etc. Dunno if that's an available feature in vBulletin, though...
