Post annoying Messages and go to Jail

New federal law signed Thursday by Senior Bush basically says if you post an annoying message on a web forum, via instant message or anything like that with out revealing your true identity you can be arrested and land your ass in jail.
So from now on you MUST disclose your real name if you FLAME someone, you most disclose your real name if you POST spam you must use your real name if you are being annoying.
