Well im a winamp fan but i love AVETUNES and i wanna use itunes because i have no other choice. So my question how do i enable global hotkeys similar to that of winamp, to increase volume through alt+arrowup and decrease volume through alt+arrow down and previous and next track through alt+left/right arrow

i tried that but i cant assign the top arrow n bottom arrow as well as left n right arrow only the numpad..
You should be able to use AutoHotkey to utilize the arrow keys.
i am using multiplugin but i dont see an option for global hotkeys anywhere.. is it possible to convert the winamp plugin and make it work on itunes?
ya currently i am using my media keys except i dont have a media key for next and prevous track

When my old Logitech media board went poop I got clever awhile back.
I made a script that made a few keys on the number pad into media keys, then I went into the mouse settings and set the up arrow and down arrow buttons to simulate those same buttons, and to use the button to play and pause? Press down the scroll wheel.
I can pass you the script if you want, and you can try it and see what you can do with it.
You can also use "3r-1c " witch will give you the nice Mac feel, alt+arrowup and decrease volume through alt+arrow down.
Note this will not allow you to change tracks
