Photoshop tutorial Podcasts

I'm sure most of you know about this already, but I'm a bit old and slow, Plus the fact i don't have an iPod so I didn't think it would be any use BUT..

There are loads of free photoshop (plus other design) tutorials available to download on iTunes which can be viewed in iTunes itself.

And for those of you who already know (or think you know) Photoshop, think again. there are always new versions with new features and if you are stuck in your old habits you will miss some. I've been using photoshop for over 13 years and still find new tricks/tips to speed up my work.

I was thinking we could all give a list of our best Podcasts on design and have them here in one thread. Heres mine:

The Russel Brown Show - very good range of tutorials and excellently presented.

Photoshop TV - Much longer and more detailed shows - ideal for beginners.

My favorite is photoshopTV, most of the tips/tutorials are for beginners. But they have alot of good event coverage, news, and some interesting products.
