To make your whole directory publice, once you login it will say directory blah blah

Now the last one might not have a glovbe on it, that is because you simply have not shared it. Click the third picture and then change the attributes for "Public" to read. Then your whole directory and all the files you put in will be available.
Bandwidth Limits are 5mb every 3 hrs. Also, you have 5mb storage.
