[Help] I found an amazing vector on DA and need some help making it a wall

I fpund this amazing vector http://www.deviantart.com/view/3094010/ and am having a lot of difficulty making it to a wall

I use photoshop cs2 and have no been able to get the white squiggly lines in the background stretched..

can someone advise? this jpg is truly special

forgot your taking it from a bitmap image sorry, if you have illustrator you can use Live Trace to make it a vector image again and then resize it accordingly
