[Help] I found an amazing vector on DA and need some help making it a wall

I fpund this amazing vector http://www.deviantart.com/view/3094010/ and am having a lot of difficulty making it to a wall

I use photoshop cs2 and have no been able to get the white squiggly lines in the background stretched..:(

can someone advise? this jpg is truly special

forgot your taking it from a bitmap image sorry, if you have illustrator you can use Live Trace to make it a vector image again and then resize it accordingly
