I know this bug is fixed in the nightly build, but since the nightly was too buggy for me to use i found a workaround that lets you minimize FireFox to the dock (sort of).
What i've done is I've used TrayIt! to place firefox in the systray. Then I configured the tray to hide the firefox icon. Now when i minimize firefox it appears in the RK Launcher dock. To maximize the screen you do have to click on the dock icon first and then on the taskbar to get a full screen, but at least this works for me.
