I just noticed this yesterday, and already had an IconPackager set, and my dock themed after these before you posted. They are nice though. 
It seemed the only place that was really pushing these was Design Technika² , which is a great place, but I don't know how many AquaSoft members visit. Thought I'd share...

Old news to customization freaks like us...yet I had seen that alot of people just had no clue, so after a day of release it was time to share.

I always make my own, just takes like 3 minutes. I just line my Icon folder and Iconpackager and drag and drop.
I tried downloading both of the packages but I only got tiny icons, can somone mirror or "release" an icon packager theme in in all icon sizes, thanks.
These icons are so awesome that i think i'll make a shell for myself. Finally i found something to replace my snow e2 shell.

You were probably viewing them in thumbnail mode, they are not tiny, they just appear that way sometimes.
