I am starting a codebase for an Activiy Monitor clone, and was wondering if anyone could help me out with the following things:
1.) Resources to the app (i.e. the stop-sign image).
2.) Screenshots of the thing in action. I don't have a Mac, and as such, I only see a limited amount of functionality in the few screenshots I've gathered. For example, I can only find screenshots of the CPU, Memory, and Disk Activity tab. I also only know of two drop-down options; My Processes and All Processes. If there are more, I don't know about them, nor what data they display.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
On a side note...
For those that are curious, NO, it will NOT be skinnable with its own engine. You will be able to change the few images, but beyond that, it's up to Windows or WindowBlinds to skin the rest of the application. This has always bugged me, because the in-program rendering usually bogs down the application. The only place I can see a need for any type of skinning is in a Finder app, and that's just for displaying the specialized views. You don't need to design a rendering engine for window borders :-(.
