good idea w/ the wall, however it could use some work... take a look at bioscoops patterned walls for a good example of clarity and simplicity... also, the shadow (outer glow) could be lighted up, maybe even more gradient to reduce how heavy it is...

Yeah, my only suggestion is to reduce the outer glow surrounding Monica. Other than that, not bad .
