[help]adding/removing programs in dock

Hi.

Whenever I add/remove programs in my dock, once I restart my computer, I always have to re-do the adding/deleting because after a restart the dock goes back to how it was before I made the changes. How can I make the changes I make permanent?

rklauncher settings -> behavior -> "save items on exit"

Make sure that box is checked.
