Real Time Lyric Display

For Winamp or iTunes preferably. a widgetin AveDesk or Konfabulator. Not picky really, I would just like to see a small program that will display the lyrics of the song I'm listening to in real time (as they are sang). Transparent and just text, and easily customizable to edit the fonts, etc. New verses should be big, while the verse before dwindles in size and transparency. Has anything like this ever been done? Is it even possible just with just raw MP3 tag information? This isn't for karaoke purposes, by the way.
