[help] Exporting Contacts

I am currently using Roots Address Book, which I am very pleased with, however, it does not sync with an iPod, like Outlook does. I was wondering if anyone knew where it stored its addresses, ect. I would like to import them to Outlook to send to my iPod.

I don't know the program but am surprised that there's no export feature. Just about every program allows exporting to some point.
