[help] Editing Visual Styles

I am using WinXP and I have stylebuilder and am very new to it. All i want to do really is learn how to change the font of visual styles and make the start menu compact. When I try to apply the changes of the font I get this error:

An error occurred while applying the style.

This error could occur if there are problems with the style, or if this version of Windows is not supported.

I must ask, is this a cracked version of stylebuilder ? Because I've known that cracked versions often won't let you do actions or export, import things and such. Anyway, I'd recomend to send the bug(s) to TGT Software and ask for a "stable" version of stylebuilder, not beta

No I don't have a cracked version it is just the trial version I downloaded from their website.
