[req] Firefox Stand?

Well I've tried my best at duplicating the Safari Stand from this screenshot.

All I've manage to produce is this sidebar using the Tab Sidebar extension.

All I did was change the CSS file "sidebar.css" from the Firefox profile extension folder. Inside your Firefox Profile folder there should be this path: TabSidebar@blueprintit.co.ukchromeskin

There are all the CSS files, and I assume the Javascript files in the other folders are what controls the extension. If anyone can help figured this out I'd appreciate it.

I'm not sure how far you can get without contacting Tab Sidebar's author and requesting the changes. There's only so much that's possible with CSS editing.

On a side note, I notice your Safire theme's RSS button is directly taken from Safari, rather than using the theme's close-enough RSS button. Could you explain how you made the replacement?

Since when is an application/plugin a skin?

Next time please post in proper sub-forum.

@ Desides:

I took the RSS icon from this theme and put it in the SaFire theme.

@ Unbeliever:

Well I thought it was a skin for a plug-in and besides it's for Fx to look like Safari, hence the skin forum? Plus this thread is also a skin of a plug-in for Fx and it's in that forum. Sorry if I was mistaken, though.

Would you please tell me how exactly to find this in grapple and replace it in safire? I can't find the rss icon in grapple nor the place to replace it in safire.

Open the Grapple theme with WinRar and go to the browser folder. Look for the PNG file in there called page-livemarks.png . Extract this file out.

Then open the SaFire theme. Again go to the browser folder. Replace the both the page-livemarks.png and page-livemarks-rtl.png files with the PNG you just extracted. Save and use.

Thank you. Not sure why I didn't see that in the first place. :)
