[help] an windows xp pro open icontainer

I tried googling but couldn't find any prog that will allow me to do this. i want to this icon set.

2) you can open icontainers on windows using iconworkshop by axialis

Can it really open icontainer files? I always get the error about unsupported format. Am using 5.03
