[help]icon miniatures broken T_T

at first merry x-mas to all of you =)

now to my problem.. i somehow managed to break to icon miniatures, they show up as blank file now and not as the usually mini-preview... this really craps me up, what can i do?

Hmm, I've got the same problem but only with icons for HTML/HTM files. I've tried different ways to fix it but with no luck .

Maybe try associating icon files with a different program. See what happens.

Start Menu-->Run-->Type "control folders" (without the quotes)-->Select the FileTypes tab-->Scroll down to ico-->Select Advanced.

Tell me if there's anything there...

Weird, that's what I have...however, I had a similar problem in the past with .htm files and Firefox. Even though it's empty, could it hurt to delete it?

maybe i should try the repair feature of winxp :slant: ..

has someone used this yet? cuz i dont know how many damage it would do to all the customisations

if you're using iconpackager, try rebuilding your icon cache
