Because i realize i already got it, been using the VLC icon for a while now just didn't had the file type icons.
BTW i don't think any link in that thread you posted are alive.

Hey nightcrawler...any chance I could have the .png versions of those icons (just for the VLC player--don't need the file types)? I have no clue how to extract a .dmg file (which I found on another site)......If your willing, I can PM you my email addy. Thanks!
