Need Help

I have dl'ed from xicons a very well done album icons. I like the way, they were made, but i wanted to make my own collection, because I have huge HD full of music... But 1 thing stopped me: I couldn't figure out how to make them properly.. the best thing Ive got is this:

Mine isn't so shiny and glossy as the original one. Hope you understand me and give any solution :shy:
