Ok not hard, its Mario's hand and this just a .png icon you put in ex: OS X cursor (CursorXP) at the place of the default arrow cursor

Thats awesome, thannks alot. Is there a normal curser available that is the same style as the hand? Like a thick white arrow with a drop shaddow?

I was going to give you all the link for the OS X 10.3 and 10.4 cursors, but it's broken now.
I'll upload the .zip ASAP, for anyone who's interested. The cursors, you just copy into your cursor directory and use.
They look perfect, advertised to have "the best looking 1:1 shadows". So watch this thread if you want 'em!!
