i found this link off lifehacker yesterday, and this guy is using the same template of the frontpage of AS. http://technocast.usavio.com/.. apparently, "sachleen" was/is also a memeber here, but with only one post... notice how he changed the bottom of the blog, to reflect that he had made that template himself..
i signed up and left a comment about it, but he deleted the comment.. feeling guilty perhaps..
You do realize that the Wordpress theme is free, right?
On the other hand, he's using Fer's logo for Aqua-Soft without permission--but that's about it.

No, it is not a rip, the logo is packaged with both the wordpress theme and the vb skin. I just figured people were smart enough to change the logo to something else.
Least when people see that they know where it originally originated from.
oh ok.. well, it did get many hits over the last few days, since it was posted on lifehacker blog.
I think they took off the copyright...if there was one.
Doesn't bother me much, its not something to go crazy about. I feel honored someone actually liked it enough to use it on their site. Specially since most of the sites it is on, are NOT mac/aqua related.
Yeah I agree with Timan. People will always new that the original design belongs to Aqua-Soft
