So, what are you doing with your life...

So, here, we're all (or atleast most of us) are just Mac addicts, artists, and programmers - but what do you do in real life. Do you work anywhere - do you go to school, what do you do outside of the virtual world... Tell about yourself... :)

I shall start...

Well, my name is Michael - currently 16 years of age, and a junior at high school. Was born in Europe, and moved to US (Michigan) when I was 8. I speak, read, and write, extremly well in both English and Russian, know quite a bit of Spanish, and some Latin, oh and how can I forget Japanese :). In my free time, mostly just do all sorts of arts - painting, digi art, clay, marble, sketching, ect, ect... I'm bored alot... I mean like ALOT. After I finish high school planning on attending either CCS, MICA, or RISD, after which probably gonna go into some art-related work - peferably at a large company, such as Apple, Microsoft, Google, maybe Adobe...

So, yeah, go ahead, tell about yourself, dont be shy. ;)

Steve....30 years old...I am a freelance photographer/graphic designer...My life is mostly high end fashion retouching....model images if you will. The money sucks, the hours are horrendous, but I wouldn't change it for anything. My life is odd....I'm an insomniac and am always online. there are nights where i am up until 7am and sleep until 3....and nights i am sound asleep by 2 am......my social life is insane...if im not working, im out at the bars causing all sorts of trouble....I have "my" bar...a local jazzie type of place...great music....and everyone i know hangs out there...its the type of place where I walk in and my drink is at the bar waiting for me....I was in love once, and was with her for 8 years....lost her to another....so life is in rebuilding mode at the moment....I am a text message addict...i send anywhere between 600-3000 text messages a month....my cell phone bills are more than my rent, but thats business.....thats all i got for now :-)

I'm currently a Network Security Analyst (ethical hacker) for IBM. Computer geek by day, musician by night. I've been playing guitar since I was 4 and can play the bass, piano and drums as well. I do some computer graphics on the side as well as web development. I have a wife and a 3 year old daughter. Both are the light of my life and I will kill anyone that tries to come between us or harm them in any way.

My wife is my one true love... we've been together for almost 15 years now.

That's pretty much me in a nutshell.

My Collage activities +Hospital postings + Wards take almost 12 hours a day, I never sleep more than 4 hours.

All skinning and other activities at night.I was a graphic designer for a web design company for 2 years, just got out trying to fina a new one.

Now doing some skinning at leisure..

Presently living in Trinidad doing online consulting as a software engineer (been doing software for 20+ years). Working on a really cool airport security badging system... but I can't tell you more or I'll have to kill you... Dropped out of college... so needless to say I'm not a big fan of college degrees... however in this day and age, you can't get by without one. But I have to confess, some of the stupidest people I know have degrees... sorry.. off topic. If 10 years ago, someone told me I'd be in Trinidad I've had said they were insane. Point being, never rule anything out and always take advantage of opportunities as they come along.

Oguz, 34 years old, working on a global whole and retail sales company. I'm a Oracle Database Administrator/Special Software Architecture . I'm not doing anything, just working and get back to home. I don't know, how is the life in there? Here is very hard and busy (I think almost same). But, 2 years later, I want leave company, than I want to go to USA for 6 months. After I will retire :D that is enough for me, off course, god knows :)

24 on 12/30... graduate of the University of Florida, BS Mechanical Engineering w/ a concentration in biomechanics... working in Orlando at Lockheed Martin in simulation based training. I like the look of OSX and enjoy creating (music, art, designs, etc) so I frequent this for inspiration and to borrow from others for my own entertainment. This is a great community w/ alot of talented developers...

I've been contemplating my life, passed my roadtest today. Um, still in senior year of High School, hoping to go to an average college, was thinking about art and even though I'm a very creative kid I just don't think its really for me and I'm still not even sure if I want to do graphic design so I'm going undecided. I'll probably end up going into communications and maybe some minor stuff in forensics or something cool and I'll end up working for some media corp or apple's marketing area of the company.
