its not bad, the scheme could be improved with some gradients
the tabs at the top shouldnt have a bottom border so they blend seemlessly
I have done what you said me...i hope is correct....
see how the homepage button blends in with the main container, each tab should be like that or lower, this way the current tab will stand out amongst the rest more

the hieghts for your buttons, do what your doing but in reverse.. hehe
if your on http://www.digitalemotions.biz/pages/workspag.html then it should be higher then the rest and they should all not have borders on the bottom..
just my two cents
Some suggestions:
1) Better text styling...pretty it up a bit, but not too much.
2) Change the inner gray background (not the outer one--I'm talking about the light one).
3) Add a shadow to the inner container.

I'm really quite busy today and tomorrow...if you'll give me a few days, I'll send you a full explanation of what I mean.
For the light background color, just use something more--interesting, more dynamic. Light gray is too similar to the outer background color, and it falls flat.

. What happened to the rollover effects on the navigation links? IMO You should have some type of subtle rollover effect for all links, and a bit of a less-subtle one (but not disgustingly in your face) for the navigation links.
And maybe change the default font for the blog posts.
