[Help] Another problem with objectbar

My only problem is that when I open something it "minimizes" quickly and dissapears. I think it doesn't get minimized because i have Topdesk and it would show the windows to me. Is that because I need to configre Objectdock to act as taskbar?

Ive had a similar problem where apps would minimize to the taskbar and not RKlauncher and objectbar being there I couldnt open them again, I found that I had to open objectbar first, then RK Luancher and everything would work normally...
