top notch!

You need to fix your links in this-- you used HTML but this is a bulletin board that doesn't use HTML.

I'm about to check this out, but if it's what I think it is, this is going to be awesome.

Oh yeah, and you probably should tell people that the .zip they download from DeviantArt needs to be renamed to "Safari.wba" and then it can be double-clicked to be installed.

Remove all *s from your code.

Nice blending of the titlebar! My one problem is that I don't really see much improvement in the rounded corners--still seem a bit jagged (yes I am using WB5). But overall, this is very nice work. Thanks!

#339249

Wow u guys are fast! I was just fixing the HTML code when there were already a few posts ROFL. Btw WindowBlinds 5 allows skins to be added directly from .zip, so there's no need to unzip the .wba file.

This is my very first WB skin, so appreciate your comments and suggestions! :D

#339262

toyo-snow, how did you make your finder bar like that on the leftsite of the window?

#339263

excellent!!!, thanx

#339264

Very, very cool - thanks!

It's called FinderBar and uses almost zero additional resources since it's a replacement for "folder views" in Explorer. More info here

how can the icon next to the window title be removed? not exactly "perfect" safari

#343169

Use empty (transparent) icon for Firefox - replace app icon in .exe with a blank icon.

#343179

i know that, but this can be done with windowblinds.. to say that this is a perfect safari skin for windowblinds is kind of a misnomer..

all i'm requesting is that the skin be updated so that the appicon isn't shown. then it will be closer to "perfect" safari emulation for windowblinds. The older perfectpixel skins didn't have the icon included.

Hi all,

Tiger Safari has been updated whereby the application icon has been removed. Please refer to new thread here for any comments / suggestions.

Cheers,

Munchie/Toopo is a mouse. =)

I love this theme. It fits perfectly with Safire, though I can still see a slight discoloration between the Safire theme and the Perfect Safari titlebar. Now we just need someone--maybe Steve Grenier?--to release a new Tiger theme made for WB5... or maybe they're all waiting for Leopard.

#343364

thanks toyo for updating the skin without the icon!

i do agree with desides that while this skin is better, there discoloration between the two (when i first saw it, i didn't know if i was just "wanting" to a border or not)

very good job.

and i also agree about an updated tiger theme!
