[help] I need an iconset I can use in my phone theme

Hi,

I have created a theme for my sonyericsson k700, which never saw the light of sun, only a preview exists in my dA scraps section.

The thing is that the little folders on the fifth screen, and the bigger icons on the wallpapers are from pantoni's terrific Elements Icon Suite, and he does not answer my PM asking for permission to use those icons, however he seem to visit dA regularly.

So now I have two questions:

-Do I really need a permission for such a usage of his artwork? It's not enough if I give him credits, right?

-Do you know another nice icon suite with folder icons of the same shape as the fifth screen on my preview?

Hi,

whether or not to give credit was not really a question, of course I plan to give credit on the download page, and maybe put a readme to the zip, as the sonyericsson theme format itself does not allow to put anything extra in it.

The question was whether it is enough alone to give the neccessary credits without having an explicit permission from the author.

The reason why this thread is in the icons forum is that I wonder if such usage of icons would bother icon artists.
