I need the pngs for the clock on the top right

i been looking everywhere for the damm pngs i can't find them. I unzipped the sit file and i get pngs that are too small or a fomat i don't know of. Plz all i need is the pngs , thats all ! i can set it all up. Plz thk alot for bearing with my stupid ranting
