{Help} Changing color of startmenu highlight

Hello everyone... i am trying to modify a vs so and i have completly finished what i wanted accept for the fact that when i mouseover something on my start menu it shows up blue (as seen in screenshot below) i want to make it orange. Where must i modify the text files and what must i do to change blue to orange?

i know that in 3D Color Changer that highlight is called "MenuBar" Maybe that helps?

I know that you can do it editing normal blue.ini in msstyle file; set rgb color in menu highlight. It takes effects in the startmenu, but not in the other menus.... i think...
