Can you help me transform my pc please?

I am 13 so i need advice from experts.

How can i transform my pc to look like this

I've tried so many programs and it doesn't look that good. Most skins on the internet have brushed metal or non brushed metal, the real os x is a mixture of both. The sticky guide doesn't say anything about spotlight, please research how this person in the link i gave you transformed his pc. I don't want to buy a mac cause im a gamer, and macs arent good for games, but i love the interface so i have to transform it.

this person even had the genie effect and a proper spotlight.

for spot light, look in the community apps for spot light clones.. also you will need the google desktop search.

and the genie effect is on the latest public beta of rk launch

Search here in aqua-soft, and boom!! you will be so excited. There are tons of stuffs which are much better than this guy's. Use the SEARCH!!! In my opinion this guy's setup is totally a flaw, many errors.
