That is just yz toolbar with i dunno what skin (gokus skin is a good one) set to big icons
About hidint the file view and so on menues, you just have to right click on any area on the toolbar and deselect everything but the standard buttons and that should do the trick.

Nope i'm afraid it didn't. You cant deselct the filemenu by doing that. I know that you can remove it in the win registry, but i don't want to do it that way, i would like to use a program or something!
