[REQ] Ruler Aero Port for WB5?

I have to say that I love the RULER theme very much and since I just bought WindowBlinds5 I have been using -kol's vista with transparency-and man do I love the transparency. Anyways, I was searching around on the net for more transparent WB skins and I can across a mac skin...

...and someone made RULER transparent for it. I was so bummed when I couldn't get it for Windows. So if anyone is up for the challenge, I am requesting RULER be ported to WB5 with transparency (if you can get the permission as well).
