iTunes Error Message! Help Me

hey ppl im new here and since this is my first post please dont think im stuoid or anything i just need help because my iTUNES V6 isnt working. i keep getting this message everytime i click on the icon or a mp3 my itunes was working fine before i updated it to this one. and i even tried system restore but its to late and i dont even have an old version of the copy. so can anybody take a look at these photos and tell me what i need to do???[/FONT]

i just want my itunes to work because i cant transfer songs on my ipod any other way i tried wmp10 but im confused i tried dragging and dropping the songs to the ipod but when i do and disconnect to look for the song my ipod shows no files

Are you using m-plugins or something like that?. If yes, remove it and restart itunes. See if it can help.

An excellent place to start, like Millennium said, is to remove MultiPlugin.

try uninstalling quicktime, and restarting your computer. then re-install quicktime.

There is a plugin for winamp that will allow you to use your ipod with it, you may want to try that if you can't get iTunes working.
