cant install on my pc

I downloaded the avedesk1.3 three times already, but it always appear that something missing ".3dll", thanks! hope somebody could help me...

Q1 Where are you downloading Avedesk from? Use the offical download links listed on Ave's website. http://www.avedesk.needlemen.com/AveDesk13.Zip

Q2 Have you tried useing a different program to download with? Example, you are using IE 6, try using Firefox. Sometime resuslt may vary with the program used. I

.3dll does not sound like a legit file extention or file name. Second Avedesk does not "install". Instead you just unzip the file and run it from that location. No installer needed.
