I have used neowin patcher for about 5 months now, I have now started wanting to get it to look like a Mac, I am using RK Launcher at the moment.
Maybe you could Intorduce me to some Docklets, tips, and a Mac theme, basically just a Mac theme.
I would also like Mac Icons, and Like on the desktop it tells you how much is in that folder like a Mac.

And to get those icons, download AveDesk. You can find it in the forums in the Ave App's section.

What is this Flyakite? 
Edit; downloaded; lyakiteOSX is a transformation pack. It will transform the look of an ordinary Windows XP+ system to resemble the look of Mac OS X. The installer simply automates the process of replacing critical system files, setting registry tweaks, and installing extras such as cursors, sounds, visual styles, etc.
In case you are not happy with the results of FlyakiteOSX, everything is completely removable. Just run the uninstaller from the Start Menu or from Add/Remove Programs.
FlyakiteOSX does not contain any spyware or ad-ware of any kind. All files needed for FlyakiteOSX are stored in the Windows directory in a folder named 'FlyakiteOSX' that is hidden by default. All registry values for FlyakiteOSX are written to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareFlyakiteOSX.

aveDesk is one tool which will put the large icons on your desk... however programs such as samurize and various other "config based" programs can do the same. Alot of people around here use miranda to get the smooth IM buddy list... rk launcher is one of the best docks and its newer and still in development. y'z (the unmentioned one) is still my favorite launching dock.
Multiplugin will skin itunes... objectbar/windowsblinds will give you the task bar. y'z toolbar and shadow get you closer to mac...
search the forums for all of these... take a look at the december screen shots for ideas and what people are doing out there
