About the skin -> i don't know 
About the adress list and tabs:
Unfortunately you can't set Operas default adress bar above the tabs. But you can do a little trick:
- right click on the main bar -> customize -> buttons -> browser view
- there you can find an adress field which you can drag 'n' drop it into the main bar
- right click on the page bar (tabs) -> customize -> placement: top
- CTRL+F8 to disable the default adress bar
Adressfeld in die obere Symbolleiste bringen:
Leider kann man bei Opera die Standard-Adressleiste nicht oberhalb der Tab-Leiste positionieren. Allerdings kann man das Adresseingabefeld mit einem kleinen Trick in die obere Symbolleiste legen:
- Rechtsklick auf die obere Symbolleiste -> Anpassen -> Schaltflächen -> Browseransichten
- dort findest du ein Adressfeld, welches du mit der Maus anklickst und in die obere Symbolleiste ziehst
- Rechtsklick auf die Tab-Leiste -> Anpassen -> Platzierung: Oben
- mit STRG+F8 die Standard-Adressleiste ausblenden.

there aren't really many more opera skin resources than those listed..
the iOpera site is good, i'm personally using the native firefox skin from there (wFFTBrad Native) with a personalised toolbar setup (also originally from the iOpera site, infact)

kannst du das ganze auf deutsch nochmal wiedergeben also die settings weil mein opera ist auch deutsch und irgedwie weiß ich nciht was du meinst

grab the "iOpera minimalistic" toolbar setup from http://www.demuths.de/iopera/
and the wFFTBrad native skin, press F4 in opera to show the side bar, right click it > customize > "panel placement" select right.
hiding the file, edit, view, etc toolbar..
tools > preferences > advanced > shortcuts > keyboard "Edit" >
in the search box type "f11" and then it should find "Enable the toolbar | Disable.." edit the shortcut to just have "F11 alt" and then apply, close, etc, then press alt+f11

habs hinbekommen....jetzt nur noch die datei,bearbeiten,ansicht leiste weg dann ist gut
ich glaub ich bin zu blöd dazu..also ich ziehe die adressleiste hoch zu den tabs..dann ist es aber in den tabs drinne...oder wo soll ich das genau hinziehen? und wie kann ich datei,bearbeiten etc. ausblenden?

Want to try?
Extract any good Safari skin with Winrar or similar (check Deviantart) in a temporal folder.
Then use any Styler toolbar and Photoshop to edit the buttons, background etc., replace them into the same folder in the extracted skin -make sure with the same name. Compress (ZIP) again with any name and put it in the Opera skin's folder
You can get something like this. Skins may go from Safari to Alluvium Magnite if you want
