Cool , but change

Type=GlassBoard

To

Type=ChalkBoard

In the skin.ini. Type=ChalkBoard makes sure only the Scribbler/ChalkBoard desklet can use this skin

Also, do you want to consider uploading it to www.avedesk.org and make an installer-file for it? (I can write the installer file for you, you only need to supply an about.png splashscreen).
