Aqua-Soft Forumshi i have a xp with flyakite osx installed and i was wondering if it was possible to get the object bar to look like this with the file, view etc at the top?

Don't hotlink DevArt, as you'll get banned.
Provide a link to the DevArt page, not the image itself. Or upload to something like imagehacks.
Oh, and you answered your own question...it's called "ObjectBar," by Stardock. Some people like it, others dont. There are other solutions out there--search the boards.
