[wip] Milk Unified for VLC

Hi all,

I took it upon myself to do a port of Milk Unified to VLC, since there is a lack a quality skins for the Win32 version.

Here's a brief preview:

If there's enough interest, I'll contact Max Rudberg -- the author of the original Milk themes -- and see if I can get his permission to release the skin.

I still have a bit of clean-up work to do, and the playlist, but so far, it's looking good.

Despite the demanding tone of some of the responses, it will get released, once I've finished with it and have gotten Max's and Kavin's OK.

Nicesnake, Yes, it's a skin2 module. I'm sure you've figured out the class ID for yourself. But, just in case others need it also, here's the line from AddShadow.ini that enables shadowing for the main player body:
