[help] how do i remove this from the start bar?

i thought it should have been removed when i uninstalled all the HP software on the computer, but unfortunately that wasn't the case.

if i right click on it, a menu will come up directing me to the program that is no longer existant.

how can i remove this?

try this, click the start menu>right click>Properties> Click the Customize button on the right> click the advance tab and there will be a list, scroll through the list and select/unselect to add or in your case remove items from the left side of the start menu.

thank you for your suggestions, but i've already tried those common solutions. the item i want to get off, is not appearing in either tweakui or in the taskbar/startbar properties..

does anyone have any other solutions?

have you tried crapcleaner or something similer.. im guessing its a reg key that hasn't been removed so they may get it
