[help] Standard buttons keep appearing

Hi,

I have this problem. Im using Styler to replace the standard toolbar icons in windows explorer. I can get the styler toolbar to show but the standard buttons keep showing up as well.

I've attached a screenshot. If I turn on the styler toolbar it shows up underneath the standard buttons. I know this isnt an Aqua style but i'd really appreciate some help.

Cheers,

Dave

i kno, try this. open only 1 explorer widow and add standard buttons and styler. unlock everything and drag styler down to the bottom. lock toolbars and remove standard buttons. might work, i did for me.

thanks but i cant find that option in the styler control panel. i have an option to "Hide Manubar(Explorer)" is that what you were referring to?

it looks to me as though i should be able to hide those standard buttons without the use of a 3rd party app but i cant get them to go away.

anyway, thanks people for your helpful (and not-so-helpful) suggestions.

EDIT: nevermind,

sounds like you have an older version of styler. check to see if you have 1.35.

thanks, i checked - i have version 1.38.

I mucked around some more and I found i was able to hide the standard buttons (and not have them keep reappearing) when I disabled styler but enabling stlyer brings them back again.
