Ok I have window blind's and I have a mac style theme (Mac OS X by: Steve Grenier) I have applied the theme but the scrollbar's are still that icky windows xp classic look? I have restarted my computer and stuff I was wondering if anyone could help?

You have to pay for it. Considering the number of new skins being released for it (Niqu being a big one), I think it's a good purchase. Just wait until WB5 comes out, which I believe is soon.

P.S: If you can't wait, I think Stardock will probably give you WB5 for free if you buy the current version now--not quite sure, so it's safest to hold off.
Yes Stardock is giving WB5 free to anyone who has bought the current version since this September (15th) I think. They have it all explained on Wincustomize's page.
The official release of WB5 is Nov 29.
