How about searching next time?
If you don't want to use additional programs with their own interfaces, you can create a shortcut to the "shutdown" command (should be in windowssystem32). Open a prompt and use "shutdown /?" to see its parameters.
Restart:
Link: %windir%System32shutdown.exe
Arguments: -r -t 00
Work Folder: %windir%
These are my settings for the restart button I have in RK Launcher. I also attached my icon.
You can also just use iShut it has different skins
