Need Advice

I'm new to emulation and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to change my win2k interface into a mac. I've tried windowblinds and objectbar but they ain't free. Are there any free emulation softwares out there, and one more thing please don't ask me to change my windows I'm not an XP guy.

There are no free skinning tools (like WB) for 2000. Sorry.
