Max Rudberg's Brushed theme, ported to VS by hills.

I think this VS is every bit as good as a WB theme.

But after some looking around...

This is the PixelPerfect Safari theme for Firefox.

It includes a file "Safari.wba" for WindowBlinds.

Could this be what you're after?

Maybe you could be a little more specific.
