Aqua-Soft Forumsit seems certain shortcuts arent being added like i drag them to be droped but nothing happens there is a the "no sign" such as the no smoking thing
some examples are the Steam exe shortcut and counter-strike.exe shortcut

Add the programs (EXE files) directly to the dock instead.

Do you have your dock locked? If you do, you can't add shortcuts (or remove them either).
no its not locked these are the only shortcuts i cant seem to add so its strange
Try dragging and dropping the ORIGINAL .EXE from your directory onto RKlauncher. I find sometimes dragging a SHORTCUT onto it causes what you are describing to happen.; especially with the shortcuts game-installs create on your desktop. Also you can try creating a blank .txt document, then drag that onto rklauncher, right-click on it and set 'DOCK ITEM PROPERTIES' manually by changing the 'LINK' field to point to the .exe you want. Also set the WORK FOLDER to the folder containing the .exe yur are trying to dock.
All these fixes have worked for me when I've had various troubles docking an item.
